Error messages such as “SIM not valid,” “Phone restricted,” “SIM locked”, or “SIM not accepted.”
You may be using a locked phone. You need an unlocked GSM phone to use our SIM cards. Should this happen, feel free to contact our Customer Support.
Error messages such as “SIM locked,” “Pin Blocked,” or “Enter PUK.”
If you have entered your SIM PIN incorrectly three times, you will get one of the error messages listed above. To fix this, you must enter the PUK code, which you can find on your SIM card’s holder.
*Be sure to enter the PUK as written. If you don’t, the SIM will be permanently disabled. If this should occur, you must contact Customer Support to order a replacement SIM.
